POWERCRUISE 29

This years powercruise was a great event with a hand full of Race Solutions customers making there way down to eastern creek raceway for a jammed packed weekend.

Maroun's mini tubbed 13B turbo mazda RX3 made its first apperance at powercruise 29 and what an event to do so, the little white mazda was on display on the Mad Hatters stand with crowds of people loving the look of what was a 9 month build with the car only getting its tune finished on the friday night before the powercruise weekend. The mazda did make its way onto the track over the weekend frying the brand new 19x12 inch tyres on every possible part of eastern creek raceway.

Another Race Solutions customer at the event was Dom in his white Rx2 sedan who had a great weekend with the new NOS setup on the car which was performing perfectly all weekend. Congratulations also go out to Dom who was approched by zoom magazine for a full feature on the car which will be out in the coming months as well as a sponsorship deal from a very big name in the retail industry. Well done mate all the hard work is paying off.

Also on display with Maroun's Rx3 was Mad Hatters R32 GTR that has a fully built Race Solutions RB26 under the bonnet. The car was on display duties all weekend which was also a croud pleaser with the car attracting big attention all week end.

With the Race Solutions customer base always growing there was a couple of new faces in attendance at the powercruise event with Darren who owns a very tough chev carmaro ss. The sky blue chev was attracting some good attention on and off the track being its first event since finishing the build and making it through to the hour of power which is a great achievement for Darren and everyone involved in his build.

The other new face under the Race Solutions banner that attended powercruise was Rami and his very tough bright yellow wide body Series 8 Rx7. The Rx7 had a new haltech platnum sport fitted and tuned only a few weeks before the event and went very well all weekend.
